This pad is used as the accessory for backing pad.
It is generally used on backing pad then stick velcro sanding disc.
Soft foam make it easy to sand various curved surface.

17 dust extraction holes design match the same types of backing plate, they can reduce blocking when sanding and keep abrasive disc work longer.
It is placed between backing pad and sanding disc.
